After 3 years of collaborative development, we are excited to share the incredible results achieved by this innovative initiative. The @FIBRE4YARDS project, dedicated to the use of fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP) in shipbuilding through Industry 4.0 concepts, has brought together 13 partners from 6 European countries. By focusing on optimizing production costs and introducing groundbreaking digital technologies, FIBRE4YARDS marks a significant breakthrough for the European naval sector.
