CIMNE ETSI Navales de la UPM and Compass Ingeniería y Sistemas SA crew on board at the 1st FIBREGY Industrial Day in Las Palmas, last May 4th.
We had the opportunity of attending an event showcasing the cutting-edge carbon fibre towers that will be installed on the W2Power floating wind turbine prototype (EnerOcean S.L.). This event, organized jointly with ELASS as part of the dissemination activities of the H2020 research project FibreGY, highlighted significant advancements in the use of composite materials in offshore renewable energy platforms.
